The aim of this research intends to investigate Taiwanese egovernment websites with regards Accessibility and Usability. automated WAVE tool Nielsen’s 10 Heurestic Principle based surveys foreign users the English were used test Usability respectively. study found poor results that unanimous across board for total just over 100 errors was best performing website. proves further investigation is necessary if Taiwan wants meet its own governmental ambitions egovernment.
