چکیده

In this study, a femtosecond laser was used to pretreat the surface of Al–Li alloy, micromorphology, roughness, contact angle, and wettability which were adjusted by changing scanning speed, sample bonded into single joint with polyether ether ketone (PEEK) adhesive. The mechanism treatment affecting bonding strength alloy explored through tensile shear experiments. results indicated that optimizing parameters could change roughness micromorphology so as its free energy strength. Compared untreated sample, increased 81%, 95%, 107%, 91%, 78% under at 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 mm/s, respectively. As whole, etching had an important influence on performance.

Laser surface structuring of AZ31 Mg alloy for controlled wettability.

Structured surfaces exhibit functional properties that can enhance the performance of a bioimplant in terms of biocompatibility, adhesion, or corrosion behavior. In order to tailor the surface property, chemical and physical methods can be used in a sequence of many steps. On the other hand, laser surface processing can provide a single step solution to achieve the designated surface function w...

Femtosecond laser controlled wettability of solid surfaces.

Femtosecond laser microfabrication is emerging as a hot tool for controlling the wettability of solid surfaces. This paper introduces four typical aspects of femtosecond laser induced special wettability: superhydrophobicity, underwater superoleophobicity, anisotropic wettability, and smart wettability. The static properties are characterized by the contact angle measurement, while the dynamic ...

Femtosecond laser induced hierarchical ZnO superhydrophobic surfaces with switchable wettability.

A simple and one-step method to form a rough ZnO layer consisting of micro/nanoscale hierarchical structures via direct femtosecond laser ablation of the Zn surface is reported for the first time. The resultant surfaces show switchable wettability between superhydrophobicity and quasi-superhydrophilicity via alternate UV irradiation and dark storage.

Electrosynthesis of Polyaniline-TiO2 Nanocomposite Films on Aluminum Alloy 3004 Surface and its Corrosion Protection Performance

The direct synthesis of polyaniline-TiO2 nanocomposite coatings on aluminum alloy 3004 (AA3004) surface has been investigated by using the galvanostatic method. The synthesized coatings were characterized by FT-IR, SEM-EDX, SEM and AFM. Optical absorption spectroscopy reveals the formation of the emeraldine oxidation state form of polyaniline-TiO2 nanocomposite. The corros...
