T-S Fuzzy Algorithm Optimized by Genetic Algorithm for Dry Fermentation pH Control

In the process of anaerobic dry fermentation to produce biogas, maintaining a suitable pH in environment is more conducive degradation crop straw. When too low, digestion by bacteria inhibited. Therefore, it necessary quickly adjust pH. this work, we studied control technology regulation system and then constructed T-S fuzzy controller. Upon simplifying controller, delay time was reduced, two genetic algorithms with different fitness performance indicators were used optimize control. The simulation experiment study designed through software, results show that improved method has fast ability. Finally, on-site experiments conducted using four methods under acidification conditions set experimental device. improve integrating error sum squares short small oscillation overshoot, can better regulate environmental achieve appropriate when occurs during fermentation.
