چکیده
新しい静脈麻酔薬レミマゾラムは，過鎮静の場合フルマゼニルで拮抗できる調節性の良い全身麻酔薬である．今回，脳室腹腔（VP）シャント機能不全による水頭症が悪化したため，レミマゾラムで麻酔導入しデスフルランとレミフェンタニルで維持した全身麻酔手術を行った．麻酔終了時にレミマゾラムの効果残存を疑いフルマゼニルを投与した直後に，全身性痙攣を生じた症例を経験した．
