Systematic Review of Cost Overrun Research in the Developed and Developing Countries

For decades, reputation of the construction industry has been tainted by poor cost performance caused project overrun. In addition, studies scholars worldwide have also found overrun to be more serious in developing countries compared developed countries. Despite numerous researches addressing issue through years, remains. Acknowledging that maintaining good is a key factor success and persisted for this study aims explore distinction conducted between nations nations. achieving aim, systematic literature review performed following integrative steps PSALSAR (Protocol, Search, Appraisal, Synthesis, Analysis Report) PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) screening selecting retrieved studies.
