Systematic mapping of green human resource management: Bibliometric analysis

This study discusses the trend about green human resource management (GHRM) conducted by researchers in international scope. aims to understand: (a) distribution and research links GHRM last 5 years; (b) level of productivity researchers; (c) map publication according keywords. The data collection is done conducting a search through Scopus using keywords ‘strategic with category, article title, abstracts, during five years (2016-2021). choice only based on articles that have been published focused field business, management, accounting. then exported into CSV (comma-separated values) format. development publications analyzed VosViewer software. results show instrumentation 2016-2021 indexed has highest occurrence 2020, which reached 78 (29.66%). mostly Journal Cleaner Production, while most productive author Charbel Jose, Chiapetta Jabbour.
