Synthesis of Complex Concentrated Nanoparticles by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis and Lyophilisation

The development of new multicomponent nanoparticles is gaining increasing importance due to their specific functional properties, i.e., synthesised complex concentrated (CCNPs) in the form powder using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) and lyophilisation from initial cast Ag20Pd20Pt20Cu20Ni20 alloy, which was function material after its catalytic abilities had been exhausted. Hydrometallurgical treatment used dissolve USP precursor prepared. As a consequence incomplete dissolution alloy formation Pt Ni complexes, it found that complete recycling not possible. A microstructural examination CCNPs showed round mostly spherical (not 100%) were formed, with an average diameter 200 nm. Research has shown belong group medium entropy characteristics. mechanism for proposed, based on thermochemical analysis element reduction help H2 mixing enthalpy binary systems.
