چکیده
Abstract Background The increase in resistance of pathogenic organisms to the available chemotherapeutic agents are critical challenges drug design and development, motivating researchers look for novel compounds that can combat multidrug-resistant organisms. Recently, chalcones have been proved be attractive moieties discovery. Results Eight triphenylamine with different substitution patterns were successfully synthesized via conventional Claisen–Schmidt condensation reaction an alkaline medium at room temperature, recrystallized using ethanol, percentage yield between 30 92%. structures characterized confirmed FT-IR, NMR spectroscopic GC–MS spectrometric techniques.
