Graphene-carbon nitride can be synthesized from thiourea in a single step at temperature of four hours rate 2.3 ℃/min. was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), scanning electron microscopy, and spectrophotometry (UV-VIS). found to consist triazine heptazine structures, carbon, nitrogen. The weight percentage carbon the atomic are 40.08%, nitrogen 40.08%. Therefore, ratio dimensions graphene-carbon were it that radius within range (2 µm-147.1 nm). In addition, absorbed light visible field (VIS). objective manufacture characterization for use selective electrode an organic pollutant (currently used dye).
