چکیده

The objective of this study was to the synergistic antitumor effect lipophilic bismuth nanoparticles (BisBAL NPs) with antibiotic solution Neo-Poly gramicidin on human cervical tumor cells. BisBAL NPs and cancer cell line (HeLa) determined by MTT viability assay fluorescence microscopy. After a 24-h exposure 0.1× HeLa growth decreased 94%. Fluorescence microscopy confirmed death higher among treated than non-treated cells Individually, (0.04 mg/mL) inhibited most (40%), neomycin least (21%). Gramicidin (0.3 in combination different concentrations (1–150 μM) had against cells, reaching an < 86% inhibition. As far as we know, are first describe activity line. action mechanism gramicidin/BisBAL NP is based strong damage membrane nucleus A may be useful alternative therapy for patients.

Antitumor activity of vorinostat-incorporated nanoparticles against human cholangiocarcinoma cells

BACKGROUND The aim of this study is to evaluate the anticancer activity of vorinostat-incorporated nanoparticles (vorinostat-NPs) against HuCC-T1 human cholangiocarcinoma cells. Vorinostat-NPs were fabricated by a nanoprecipitation method using poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide)/poly(ethylene glycol) copolymer. RESULTS Vorinostat-NPs exhibited spherical shapes with sizes <100 nm. Vorinostat-NPs ha...
