SWOT Analysis in Determining Marketing Strategy at PT. Sejahtera Wahana Gemilang (Chitose Surabaya)

The purpose of this study is to find an alternative formula for a competitive marketing strategy by using the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis method at PT. Prosperous Wahana Gemilang. uses IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategic) matrix describe company's strengths and weaknesses. following EFAS (External Summary) matrix, which represents opportunities threats, last IE ( Internal External),to shows current position. From that has been obtained, Sejahtera Gemilang gets highest score 0.60 on strength factor 0.30 weakness factor. On opportunity factor, 0.60, threat weighted 0.36. average receives value 3.46, 3.66. These results put in quadrant I, applied aggressive growth strategy.
