The growth and development of infrastructure is currently very rapid the cement production process also produces a lot carbon dioxide which plays an important role in global warming that happening this world. In last decade, many innovations have been made to conventional concrete so it has high strength, durable, cheap environmentally friendly easy apply field. Therefore, new sustainable materials are needed replace production, but these required for workability make concrete. concept green concrete, use rice husk ash waste, shellfish waste can be solution some fine aggregate. This innovative research was obtained using powder 10%, shell with main element calcium oxide (CaO), substitute aggregate contains (SiO), used as additive or partial replacement manufacture material reach value 7 days reaching 35 MPa. And normal mix design 30 With slump test target according 1972-2008 SNI standard, 30-60 mm, concluded reference source by utilizing Indonesia, obtain, effective.
