Benign Breast Diseases, though more frequently responsible for bringing the patient to doctor, have not found many places in good recent researches. lesions of breast assumed increasing importance years because public awareness cancer. These benign lumps are a recognized important risk factor later To study surgical profile with disease This retrospective was conducted at ESIC medical college and Hospital Gulbarga, India. Study after approval Scientific committee Ethical committee. Records all patients undergoing surgery from period March 2016 2021 were analysed, age, sex, laterality, diagnosis performed noted. The most common type fibroadenoma 58.4% cases. age group affected 21-30 seen 60.3% Right side commonly 57.3% as expected is females (98.7%) compared males who had only eight Most excision cases except duct ectasia which case microdochtecomy performed. Circumareolar incision used Fibroadenoma affecting right side. Excision remains disease. done using circumareolar incision.
