چکیده

The developments of Al and V free, biocompatible Ti-alloy have been the subject researcher in orthopedic joints replacement domain. current article addresses methodology chosen for design, machinability, low-cost surface texturing process a high degree biocompatibility. It is evident that an astonishing increase biocompatibility can be achieved by synchronizing electro-discharge spark energy within Ti alloy tool material coupled with selection dielectric medium modification. finding this research may benefit wide range researchers to design sustainable implants. positive polarity electrode at 10 A most desirable parameter developing bioactive surface.
