Technological development after the industrial revolution has improved quality of human life, but global energy consumption continues to increase due population growth and fossil fuels. Therefore, numerous studies have been conducted develop sustainable long-term renewable alternative sources. The anodic electrode, which is one two-electrode system components, an essential element for effective production. In general, precious metal-based electrocatalysts show high OER reactions from it difficult scale up their low abundance cost. To overcome these problems, transition electrodes, exhibit advantages with respect cost catalytic activities, are in spotlight nowadays. Among them, stainless steel a material ratio metal i.e., Fe, Ni, Cr, excellent corrosion resistance However, shows electrochemical performance its slow sluggish kinetics lack active sites. this study, we fabricated surface modified electrodes by two methods: (i) anodization (ii) hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) immersion treatments. As result comparing methods, change electrode properties were not confirmed H2O2 method. On other hand, porous (PE) through charge transfer (Rct) activity large area compared conventional (CE). One pot synthesis of RhCu alloy truncated octahedral nanoframes, Cu@Rh core-shell nanoparticles, and a bundle of five RhCu nanowires is demonstrated. The RhCu alloy 3D nanoframe, in particular, exhibits excellent catalytic activity toward the oxygen evolution reaction under alkaline conditions.
