Suppression of KLF7 gene expression inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of hemangioma cells via NF-?B signaling pathway

 Purpose: To assess the role of Kruppel-like factor 7 (KLF7) in hemangioma (HA) progression, KLF7 expression and regulation downstream targets HA tissues hemangioma-derived endothelial cells (HemECs) have been evaluated.
 Methods: Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) immunoblotting were performed to normal tissues. Endothelial isolated from tissues, Cell Counting Kit-8 assay flow cytometry carried out analyze proliferation apoptosis HemECs. Immunoblotting was used determine effect on members nuclear kappa B (NF-?B) pathway HemECs.
 Results: High occurred infantile HAs during proliferative stage. Knockdown HemECs inhibited induced via suppression NF-?B (p < 0.001).
 Conclusion: is a promising therapeutic target for treatment HA.
