The application bottleneck of laser welding is being gradually highlighted due to a high prevalence porosity. Although technology has been well applied in fields such as vehicle body manufacturing, the suppression weld porosity stainless steel containers pharmaceutical industry still challenging. bottom was investigated by applying ultrasonic vibration, changing positions and optimizing shielding gas this paper. results indicate that porosities can be suppressed through vibration at an appropriate power. keyhole ultrasound-assisted easier penetrate, with better stability. No obvious bulge rear wall found vertical down welding, much more stable than flat thus eliminating top gases achieve minimal total porosities, without
