Abstract The design of Product-Service Systems (PSS) is challenging due to the inherent complexities and associated uncertainties. This challenge aggravates when PSS being considered has a longer lifespan, expected encounter dynamic context, integrates many novel technologies. From systems engineering literature, one measures for mitigating risks with uncertainties incorporating means in system change internally as response externally.
