چکیده
Pineapple waste silage (PAS) is an abundant agro-industrial by-product characterized by its high fiber content posing a potential feed value as roughage for ruminants. Studies on supplementation with proteolytic enzyme (PE) will help extend utilization alternative nutritive source cattle nutrition. Thus, this study aimed to determine the in vitro nutrient degradability and fermentation characteristics of fiber-rich but low-protein PAS supplemented different levels PE. Seven treatments were evaluated study: without PE PAS1 PAS6, which corresponds incremental follows: 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 1%, 2%, 4%. The disappearance, effective degradability, such total gas production, ammonia-nitrogen, pH values vitro. added showed comparably good (dry matter: 94.30%, neutral detergent fiber: 63.66%, acid 34.78%) that commonly used corn South Korea. With PAS, increased nutrients dry matter (DM), (NDF), (ADF), organic (OM), crude protein (CP). effect degradation was consistent improvements rumen characteristics. Supplementing production decreased values, are heightened fermentation. ammonia-N concentration vitro-incubated moderated addition PE, likely due decrease or acidosis has shown synergistic protease activity degradation. Overall, supplementing DM, NDF, ADF, OM, CP, most dramatic effects observed PAS3 PAS6 (0.3% 4%, respectively).

This study was conducted to evaluate the ensiling characteristics and the in situ degradability of a by-product feed (BF)-based silage. Before ensilation, the BF-based mixture was composed of 50% spent mushroom substrate, 21% recycled poultry bedding, 15% ryegrass straw, 10.8% rice bran, 2% molasses, 0.6% bentonite, and 0.6% microbial inoculant on a wet basis and ensiled for up to 4 weeks. متن کاملUse of exogenous fibrolytic enzymes to enhance in vitro fermentation of alfalfa hay and corn silage.
Two in vitro experiments were performed to identify promising exogenous fibrolytic enzyme products (EFE) and optimum dose rates (DR) for improving the degradation of alfalfa hay and corn silage. The relationship between enzymatic activity and fermentation responses was examined to identify optimum formulations. In experiment 1, 5 EFE containing mainly endoglucanase and xylanase activities, with...
