چکیده
The intensification of aquaculture has brought about the need to find alternative feed supplement sources reduce production costs. One in fish farming is animal manure. However, use manure may cause health problems cultures. objective this study was determine effects probiotics on Nile tilapia fingerlings subjected microbial challenge using swine Three hundred (300) weighing 2±0.05g and measuring 5±0.06 cm, were distributed among four treatments with three replications each. Swine inoculated water proportion 10 % live weight. Probiotics Saccharomyces cerevisiae Lactobacillus plantarum used as ration supplements proportions 0.5 per 100 g ration. results showed no significant differences (P>0.05) terms growth between treatments. inclusion S. reduced number pathogenic bacteria intestine resulted better performance. Feed supplementation L. had effect, neither production, nor intestinal population. under typical signs yersiniosis, edwardiellosis mycobacteriosis. From experiment it concluded that probiotic treated a positive effect sense avoided colonization by bacteria. Additionally, presence seems promote grow performance hence reinforce previous studies role aquaculture. More experimental are required, particularly situ experiments, addition other analyses linked immune response fingerlings.

Stress responses of the fish Nile tilapia subjected to electroshock and social stressors.
Plasma cortisol and glucose levels were measured in 36 adult Nile tilapia males, Oreochromis niloticus (standard length, mean +/- SD, 14.38 +/- 1.31 cm), subjected to electroshock and social stressors. Pre-stressor levels were determined 5 days after the adjustment of the fish to the experimental aquaria (1 fish/aquarium). Five days later, the effects of stressors on both cortisol and glucose l...

The objective of this study was to assess the growth performance and the histomorphometric characterization of the middle intestine of GIFT strain Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus juveniles fed probiotics, added either before or after the feed processing. The experimental design was completely randomized, with five treatments and five replications: pelleted feed without any probiotic; pellet...
متن کاملPerformance of chicks subjected to thermal challenge
The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of thermal challenge at different intensities and durations on the production responses of 3 to 21-day-old broiler chickens. Two hundred and ten Cobb chicks were subjected to dry-bulb temperatures (tdb) of 27, 30, 33, or 36°C for the duration of 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 days from the second day of life onwards. The experiment was carried out in four...

Embryo Culture Challenge: Microbial Contamination
The success rate of embryo production critically depends on several factors. One of the pivotal factors is a technique used for the whole procedure of in vitro fertilization (IVF) and in vitro embryo culture (IVC) (1, 2). Besides the technique selected for IVF / in vitro embryo production (IVEP), there is an important consideration called IVF/IVEP culture dishes disin...
