Supervisor support, career satisfaction, and career adaptability of healthcare sector employees

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role career adaptability (CA) in relationship between supervisor support (SS) and satisfaction (CS). Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from 193 full-time employees working private health-care institutions Ankara, Turkey. participants asked respond a self-reported survey. Structural equation modeling was used hypothesized relationships research variables. Findings results indicated that SS has significant positive effect on CS. It further reveals CA mediates Research limitations/implications As had cross-sectional design, causality could not be established Practical implications ought considered by managers it advanced as provides fundamental instruments deal with their advancement efficiently. Originality/value present adds existing literature providing additional evidence for among SS, CS examining sample professionals.
