Supervision as a form of inclusive education retraining and school community professional advancement

Using the example of Kryvyi Rih, we present supervision model used to promote education reform in Ukraine and retraining school's major players. Through a sociopolitical educational description current situation empirical study has introduced retraining. Due this, 124 key stakeholders from 20 inclusive schools underwent testing help plan implementation monitoring (teachers, tutors, staff, psychologists parents 7 districts Rih were invited participate). In this study, provide an alternative strategy for interagency supervisory groups communication, with emphasis on specialists. Four stages make up process: case report, exchange, conceptualization, summary. paper, suggest modification unstructured interview by specialist who specifies context training order facilitate successful work. The psycho-educational support team was able propose program thanks analysis organizational, methodological, information system execution pilot project groups: I. Providing members necessary work objectives each child development plan; II. preparation tools; III. Analyzing environmental elements; IV. Managing support.
