Background: Neovascularity visualization in breast nodules is challenging due to the limitations of conventional Doppler imaging methods. This study aims assess performance superb microvascular (SMI) evaluating microvascularity (diameter ≤2 cm). The comparison performances SMI with color flow (CDFI) and power (PDI) was made by using a three-factor scoring system vascularity. also investigated common features small malignant on for early differentiating from benign nodules.
