Suicide Risk Screening in Primary Care

Objective: The purpose of this research was to determine the general risk suicide in scope primary health care services and evaluate its relationship with hopelessness, depression, psychological resilience.
 Methods: Seven hundred twenty-five individuals presenting were included descriptive, cross-sectional study. data collected using a form including sociodemographic information form, Suicide Probability Scale (SPS), Beck Depression Inventory, Hopelessness Scale, Brief Psychological Resilience analyzed on SPSS software.
 Results: SPS score 69.49±14.65, indicating moderate likelihood suicide. Significant predictors by effect sizes depression level, Conclusion: Screening is very great importance. Evaluating individual’s history attempted suicide, suicidal ideation, planning provides important assessing
