Successful treatment of bullous pemphigoid with dupilumab: a case and brief review of the literature

چکیده
Bullous pemphigoid is an autoimmune skin disease that results in formation of pruritic blisters. Most cases are treated with a combination systemic and topical corticosteroids as well other immunomodulatory drugs. Dupilumab fully human monoclonal antibody acts antagonist against IL4Ra traditionally used the treatment atopic dermatitis. We present 80-year-old man moderate to severe bullous successfully dupilumab.
