چکیده

This paper proposes a new methodology for subspace identification of linear time-periodic (LTP) systems with periodic inputs. method overcomes the issues related to computation frequency response LTP by utilizing time-lifted system time-invariant structure instead. The is estimated an ensemble input-output data allows frequency-domain technique be extended systems. time-aliased impulse can then and order-revealing decomposition block-Hankel matrix formulated. consistency proposed proved under mild noise assumptions. Numerical simulation shows that performs better than multiple widely-used time-domain methods when available.

Periodic inputs reconstruction of partially measured linear periodic systems

In this paper, the problem of input reconstruction for the general case of periodic linear systems driven by periodic inputs ẋ = A(t)x + A0(t)w(t), y = C(t)x is addressed where x(t) ∈ Rn and A(t), A0(t), and C(t) are T0-periodic matrices and w is a periodic signal containing an infinite number of harmonics. The contribution of this paper is the design of a real-time observer of the periodic exc...

Pole Assignment Of Linear Discrete-Time Periodic Systems In Specified Discs Through State Feedback

The problem of pole assignment, also known as an eigenvalue assignment, in linear discrete-time periodic systems in discs was solved by a novel method which employs elementary similarity operations. The former methods tried to assign the points inside the unit circle while preserving the stability of the discrete time periodic system. Nevertheless, now we can obtain the location of eigenvalues ...

Safety Verification of Real Time Systems Serving Periodic Devices

In real-time systems response to a request from a controlled object must be correct and timely. Any late response to a request from such a device might lead to a catastrophy. The possibility of a task overrun, i.e., missing the deadline for completing a requested task, must be checked and removed during the design of such systems. Safe design of real-time systems running periodic tasks under th...

Periodic Linear Systems

when A is a continuous periodic n× n matrix function of t; i.e., when there is a constant T > 0 such that A(t + T ) = A(t) for every t ∈ R. When that condition is satisfied, we say, more precisely, that A is T -periodic. If T is the smallest positive number for which this condition holds, we say that T is the minimal period of A. Let A be T -periodic, and let X(t) be a fundamental matrix for (1...

Data Compression for Subspace-Based Identification Using Periodic and Nonperiodic Inputs

In time-domain identification there is a distinction between batch and recursive identification methods. In batch identification, all of the data is assumed to be available before identification begins, while in recursive identification, parameter estimates are updated as data become available. The classical SISO least squares technique can be implemented in either batch or recursive form; thes...
