Sub-alterities: schooling in Southern Italy

چکیده

The article analyses the circularity of symbolic and structural forms domination, feeding field expertise, school in a country such as Italy, historically characterised by deep divide between north south; this led to emergence so-called Southern Question. We aim bring into international debate existence South European which is usually univocally considered belong North. analysis structured around two main interconnected dimensions: 1) macro-dimension knowledge production where we show how, when analysing experience schooling, if structure itself its logic domination are not challenged, any critical epistemological discourse destined become form complicity with intrinsic academic field; 2) micro-dimension experience: schools, families students engage participate educational field, part it, adhere rules play struggle ‘exist’ interstices.
