Background. Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is a major cause of serious maternal morbidity and mortality worldwide. To avoid the same, it essential to find out avoidable factors reduce their consequences. So, present study taken see incidence, management outcome primary PPH in tertiary care centre. Objective current was hospital.Methods: This observational cross-sectional conducted hospital over period one year. A total 200 patients developing after delivery were divided into two groups-Group A: Patients with atonic Group B: traumatic PPH.Results: The incidence our came be 8.3%. Most cases age group 26 -30 years. 84% belonged rural areas. 72.5% had hemoglobin levels below 9g%. main uterine atony an 73% followed by 24% cases. Cesarean sections constitute about 55% whereas spontaneous vaginal constitutes 45% Primary noted 60% that underwent induction labor 28.9% having augmented 11.1% onset labor. Conclusions: Every pregnancy should culminate healthy mother baby for we make sure every woman have access top quality emergency obstetric services cut back mortality. Finally, surest prophylaxis correct all stages done.
