چکیده
Objective: Exploring the clinical efficacy of transurethral plasma enucleation prostate in treatment benign prostatic hyperplasia with underactive bladder detrusor contractility. Methods: Retrospective analysis data 68 patients and muscle contractility treated by our department from July 2021 to 2022. The above all met diagnosis hyperplasia, excluding cancer urethral stricture. Urodynamics showed a decrease contractile force muscle, surgical equipment used Olympus bipolar resection method. Divide into two groups: experimental group 34 who underwent control prostate. Evaluate preoperative baseline level postoperative observation indicators groups patients, compare statistical differences between groups. Results: Both successfully completed surgery, there were no serious complications such as rectal or perforation during less bleeding. QOL, IPSS, Qmax, residual urine volume undergoing significantly improved compared those before surgery (P 0.05). Conclusion: Transurethral has good safety combined weakened Compared traditional electric is more significant. In terms main although are slightly temporary urinary incontinence after enucleation, statistically significant difference resection, they can recover normal short term.

متن کاملTransurethral enucleation of prostate with button electrode plasmakinetic vaporization for the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common disease in aged men. In this study, we investigated the efficacy and safety of transurethral enucleation of prostate with button electrode plasmakinetic vaporization for the treatment of BPH. 60 patients diagnosed with BPH who were treated in our hospital from August to December, 2014 by enucleation with button electrode were retrospectively review...
متن کاملThe impact of benign prostatic hyperplasia on bladder volume in radiotherapy of prostate cancer
Background: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common disease among older men and many patients with prostate cancer (PC) also have BPH. External beam radiation therapy (EBRT) is one of the important treatments for PC, nevertheless, few studies have analyzed the effect of BPH on EBRT. We tried to know the risk of bladder toxicity by analyzing the bladder volume variability in patients with...

Background: Prostate specific antigen (PSA) has been used as a screening test for the early detection of prostate cancer (PC) for many years. Although the introduction of PSA test led to a considerable increase in reported prostate cancer cases, there is still some controversy over the sensitivity and specificity of this marker in distinguishing PC patients from those with benign prostate hyper...
