Study on the Pricing of Water Rights Transaction between Irrigation Water Users Based on Cooperative Game in China

China’s water rights transaction is still in the initial stage of development. There no systematic pricing method for transactions between farmers. This paper puts forward a model among farmers water-deficient areas. The price consists cost and earnings price. determined by studying crop production function, calculating crop’s marginal benefit two parties, combining Cooperative Game Theory. Finally, was applied to Hetao Irrigation District Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Results showed that under A4 trading strategy, overall income increased without losing interests any farmer. increasing three farmer households N1, N2, N3 after alliance 8.14 thousand dollars, 4.66 20.33 respectively, prices N2 were respectively 0.485 $/m3, 0.565 $/m3. It estimated can provide scientific basis efficient use resources.
