Study on the High-Temperature Sintering Characteristics and Sintering Mechanism of Sea Sand Vanadium Titanomagnetite Based on Micro-sintering

چکیده

The sea sand vanadium titanomagnetite has the problems of coarse particles, difficult agglomeration, and poor sintering performance. It is for iron steel enterprises to use it as an ironmaking raw material in large quantities. In this work, different methods were adopted optimize high-temperature characteristics increase usage ore. Based on characterization analysis basic physical chemical properties ore, effects adding limestone, ludwigite, fine powder ore discussed. proportion was varied its effect studied. phase composition microstructure sintered blocks with analyzed by XRD SEM–EDS, mechanism results show that can be optimized a certain extent powder. suggested 15–35 wt% appropriate. experimental provided some reference improve utilization rate actual process.
