Study on the expression of CK7, CK20 and other immunohistochemical markers for diagnosis of malignant tumours

Introduction: Cancer is malignant disease, one of the leading cause deadth at global level. The determination origin tumors really essential for not only prognosis but also effective treatment orientation cancerous patients. Objective: Defining histopathological types epithelial and determining by CK7, CK20 other immunohistochemical markers. Patients methods: A cross-sectional study 50 patients diagnosed carcinoma markers stain Hue University Medicine Pharmacy Hospital from January, 2020 to December, 2020. Results: results types: lymph node metastatic took up highest percentage (30%), followed lung cancer, hepatocellular cell carcinoma, gastric cancer organs with 28%, 18%, 10% 2% respectively. value expression in differentiated diagnosis tumors: positive 46%, 12% combination CK7 CK20: co-expression negative was 2%, 44% respectively; vice versa CKAE1/3 TTF1 (11/19), P63 (7/14), CEA (6/6), Ki-67 (13/2) CK19 (10/6) had high percentage. Conclusion: Lymph most popular type. There a statistically significant relationship between CK20. use can assist pathologists exactly tumors.
