Study on simulation mechanics and fatigue performance of steel bridge deck rigid flexible composite pavement

Aiming at the fatigue cracking of steel bridge deck pavement and shortage river sand resources, a sea RPC scheme was proposed. Taking Quanhe box girder as research background, simulation model established by using ANSYS finite element software, mechanical analysis RPC-asphalt composite structure carried out to determine most unfavorable load position. A three-point test study performance specimen, comparative made with RPCasphalt surface structure. The results show that maximum tensile stress strain appear in upper middle span U-shaped stiffener girder, which are 0.5241MPa 98.2με, respectively, this area is prone crack. has not been damaged after 2 million times tests, 1 loading secondary loading, indicates it better performance.
