STUDY ON PARAMETERS IN COUNTER CURRENT DOUBLE PIPE HEAT EXCHANGER APPLYING CIRCULAR TURBULATOR

Many industries dealing with manufacturing and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air cooling) are rely heavily on thermodynamics principles respect to heat mass transfer. The objective of this study is do optimization yield optimum transfer rate minimized pressure drop regard number circular turbulator (CT) water debit Nusselt (Nu) in counter current double pipe exchanger. This work has applied the classical rule thermal science relation convection conduction due temperature effect. result shows highest Nu found be 835.3 at 5 CT 9 L/min. addition gives effect fluid vortex generation. also investigates friction coefficient that a exchanger absence lower than presence CT.
