The durability of pavement subgrade materials is the most important indicator for judging their merits as well mechanical properties. material mainly reflected in its water stability, because actual environment, subjected to infiltration groundwater, immersion and washout pressure under concrete slab. a series damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles wet-dry due changes temperature. In view this, this chapter has targeted. focuses on frost resistance, scour dry shrinkage sulfate erosion resistance iron tailings base material. study carried out simulate real situation much possible provide more detailed accurate guidance engineering application. will
