Study on dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture in cold regionunder rotary accelerated loading

In order to study the evolution law of mechanical properties asphalt pavement mixture in cold regions under long-term load, rotary accelerated loading equipment was used carry out a total 500,000 tests on full-scale pavement, and dynamic modulus test before after wheel load carried respectively. The master curve ratio (dynamic value / load) at -20ºC were established predict response low temperature. results show that: low-frequency (or high temperature) has more significant effect viscoelastic mixture. conversion frequency range 1.6×10 –3 ~1.6×10 2 Hz, decreases with increase frequency, maximum is 0.62 when which indicates that (low little performance This can be as theoretical reference for structural design optimization regions.
