چکیده

Abstract The wide application of gold nanoparticles has attracted much attention to the development research in nanoparticles. In this study, were prepared by chemical reduction method using potassium tetrachloroaurate as source and sodium borohydride reducer agent. formation was confirmed surface plasmon spectra ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy at wavelength 507 nm. capping process studied two different charges amino acids. asparagine had used uncharge acid lysine a positive charge acid. redshift showed aggregation after being capped with acids that indicates modification. amine carboxylate group present on nanoparticle zeta potential results indicate have slightly higher stability than These modification are expected increase their utilization biological medical applications.

Capping agent promoted oxidation of gold nanoparticles: cetyl trimethylammonium bromide.

Capping agents, key for nanoparticle stability, may hugely influence chemical behaviour. We show that differently capped gold nanoparticles, with either citrate or cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) capping agents, show qualitatively different electron transfer properties. Specifically through cyclic voltammetry and nanoimpact studies the CTAB promoted dissolution of gold nanoparticles is s...

Capping-agent-free synthesis of substrate-supported porous icosahedral gold nanoparticles.

We report a new capping-agent-free strategy for the synthesis of substrate-supported porous icosahedral Au nanoparticles (NPs) with rough naked surfaces, based on the crystallization from substrate-supported thin solution layers followed by solid-phase thermolysis. The plasmonic properties of icosahedral Au NPs have been studied using single particle dark-field scattering microscopy and spectro...

Study on the effect of L-Alanine concentration as capping agent on size, structural quality and morphology of KTiOPO4 nanoparticles synthesized by Co-precipitation method

KTiOPO4(KTP) nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation method using L-Alanine as capping agent. Different mole ratios of L-Alanine used to study on the effect of capping agent concentration on size, structural quality and morphology of KTP nanoparticles. XRD analysis confirmed the formation of orthorhombic phase of obtained KTP nanoparticles. Using L-Alanine as capping agent results in...

Eco-friendly preparation and characterization of CuMn2O4 nanoparticles with the green capping agent and their photocatalytic and photovoltaic applications

In this study, copper manganese oxide (CuMn2O4) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by a simple sol-gel technique in the presence of lactose as the green capping agent. The lactose concentration effect on the crystalline size and magnetic properties of final products were systematically investigated. The structural, morphological, magnetic, and optical properties o...
