چکیده
Typically, Sn cannot be finished on Ni and Ag surfaces via the immersion process. In this work, through galvanic reaction, finish was processed an coexisting with a surface. Herein, detailed mechanism of reduction Sn2+ ions surface reaction is reported. Through transmission electron microscopy X-ray diffraction analysis, uncommon Ag4Sn phase, instead common Ag3Sn confirmed to form during layer. The phase found between grains in mixed Ag/Ag4Sn structure layer can explained by reaction. preferred formation discussed from viewpoint thermodynamics. changes Gibbs free energy phases were calculated as − 3.67 8.89 kJ/mol, respectively. In this paper, the results of DSC analysis in Ag-Cu-In-Sn system are presented. Ten samples from the section with constant molar ratio (In:Ag:Cu=7:2:1) were investigated in order to obtain characteristic temperatures of each alloy.
