Background: Fever is one of the most common as well trouble some manifestation in paediatric practice, both for paediatricians and parents. It a simply noted an good marker illness. could be benign presentation simple viral infection or it can life threating bacterial like sepsis pyogenic meningitis. common, terrifying, physiologic response that has been source biggest complaint throughout history practice. Methods: Analytical Cross-sectional Study. Results: In present study,60 cases were included. Age group between 1-3 months was 3.3% (n=2) patients, 4-36 31.6% (n=19) patients 37-60 65% (n=39) patients. Female n=31 more than male n=29. Final diagnosis UTI 11.6% (n=7) taken study. Sepsis diagnosed 10% (n=6), Rickettsial 13.3% (n=8), Typhoid fever (n=7), Dengue Kawasaki’s disease 5% (n=3) Rest 45% (n=27) where cause unknown.Conclusion: UTI, Enteric among without source. “Fever source’ pose diagnostic dilemma require detail evaluation to detect underlying etiology infection, Systemic illness Occult bacteremia. Majority no found our study, Inspite thorough investigation.
