Ocean waves contain the highest energy density among renewable sources. However, harnessing from ocean represents a challenge because wave converters (WECs) must be designed to have great survivability and efficiency. The power production of any WEC depends on take-off (PTO) system Maximum point tracking (MPPT) algorithms been widely applied in photovoltaic wind sources, subsequently adapted (WECs).
