This study aims to measure the water potential of Pahambur Wai River, in Nggongi Village, Karera District, East Sumba Regency be used as a driving source for Micro Hydro Power Plants.This Plants. The research methods are observation, area mapping, measurement flow and elevation, calculation electric power generated, Detail Engineering Design, cost economic feasibility.From analysis calculation, maximum River is 1,687 m3/s, minimum 0.054 m3/s. Probability availability 70%, or 0.240 with an effective elevation 15 meters. actual generated 20.44 kW. Type turbine MHPP Crossflow T14, D300 turbine, coupled using V belt, 3 phase synchronous generator, capacity 25 kW.The plan construction operation economically feasible, can seen from indicators investment feasibility NPV, IRR, Profitability Index.
