Student Work Readiness Viewed from Organizational Activity and Entrepreneur Behavior

Currently, many fresh graduates are unemployed due to a lack of job readiness. This is reinforced by data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which explains that number diploma and undergraduate continues grow. The purpose this study was determine effect organizational activity entrepreneurial behavior on student work population used students Islamic Economics Business Faculty UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta who still active in college. Data processing applies SPSS version 26. sampling technique uses convenience with determination samples using Malhotra formula. analysis multiple regression analysis. results showed had significant readiness Surakarta.
