STUDENT MISBEHAVIOUR, TEACHER SELF-EFFICACY, BURNOUT AND JOB SATISFACTION: EVIDENCE FROM CROATIA

Student misbehaviour is an increasing problem of contemporary school. The aim this research was to examine the extent which teachers perceive student misbehaviour, how self-efficient they are, satisfied feel with support from their environment and teaching job itself, experience burnout syndrome. included 603 primary secondary school in Republic Croatia, it found quite low, but significant negative correlations between teachers’ self-efficacy, personal accomplishment, satisfaction. Besides, positive teacher were also proven. Statistically differences dealing adversities related provided expert associates. results regression analysis indicate that overall satisfaction help parents significantly contribute profession, emotional exhaustion depersonalization lead decrease demographic characteristics, namely years service type school, do not explanation neither nor implications applicable practice could relate need for preventing empowering teachers, regardless in-service work at.
