Student-Generated Examples and Group Work in Mathematics

چکیده

An assignment from Higher Education is presented within this paper as a case study of students generating their own examples whilst working in groups. The student perspective was gained through questionnaire at the end with each cohort over three year period, which completed by 123 total. provided insight on creating examples, well group work aspect assignment. In particular, indicated what they believe to be most beneficial assessment approaches. Elements learning, understanding and motivation are explored, compared literature.
