Because of their high nutritional value, the demand for scallops is increasing year by year. In process improving people’s living standards, ready-to-eat characteristics and dry sales this product make its shelling particularly important in production process. However, mechanism ultra-high pressure has not yet been clarified. Therefore, in-depth study structural change scallop connection interface vital importance to explore development intelligent equipment from mechanical point view.
