Strengthening Teacher Education in Tanzania: Student-Teachers’ and Tutors’ Satisfaction with College Facilities and Environment

Assessing customers’ satisfaction with service quality has been a common practice that allows leaders and managers to improve delivery the customers in business studies. In education, measurement of student received popularity so does teaching staff. Studies examining teachers’ tutors’ particularly teacher education are scant. The aims this study threefold: determine level support Teacher Education Support Project (TESP) provides strengthen Tanzania; explore perceptions facilities overall college environment public TCs factors explaining quality. A survey involving 2772 teachers 302 tutors from all 35 was conducted Tanzania Mainland. findings revealed TESP provided significant textual non-textual learning materials TCs. Besides, is most strongly predicted by in-class aids practical albeit other such as library ICT had considerable prediction. Whereas strategies made contribution regression analysis explain Tutors’ explained ICT-supported environments followed up science facilities. concludes proposing be approached improved separately.
