STRENGTH TRAINING METHODS FOR SKIERS

ABSTRACT Introduction: The ski jumping sequence can be divided into four steps: support, take-off, flight, and landing. Each stage has specific tasks functions is closely related, with the completion of each depending on previous one. Objective: Explore effectiveness special strength training methods for sportsmen. Methods: Using method scientific literature review, expert interview, experience, mathematical statistics to perform Chinese athletes, comparing changes in jump speed take-off big jumps before after 16 weeks a specially developed protocol. Results: There were significant differences air height experiment (P<0.05). athletes experimental group significantly differed takeoff participation (P=0.01). Conclusion: results fully evidence that by improving rapid contraction flexor extensor muscles trunk hip joints, modern abdominal center are more effective than traditional methods. Level II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
