With timely updates from site, multiple trades have been able communicate effectively, thereby control any issues or deviation. result was 6-weeks early completion than initially planned. While has played crucial streamlining delivery over past few decades, this dives deeper into understanding where improvement stems from, i.e., quality offered its best use towards driving efficiency within teams. Inefficiencies are common across industry stemming inaccurate control. deployment, teams can define sequencing, visualise flow work, take proactive decisions impact schedule. provides process-based key insights focusing critical aspects data visualisation, sharing, analysis, helped informed successful project.
