This paper explains the didactic domain concept formed within strategic matrix of educational discourse related to teaching cross-cultural communication theory. It is stated that intercultural competenceis improved on certain strategies taking into account organization training in light cognitive opposition "friend or other", acquiring a reflexive way interaction, and further focus value attitudes participants’ dominance act.
