Strategic support of human resources of enterprises

چکیده

The article considers the essence of concept "personnel strategy enterprise". It is identified types personal strategies and directions personnel policy. main tasks modern policy enterprises are outlined. We study different scientists’ works which highlighted theoretical practical aspects strategy. According to strategy, in scientists, it formulated its own understanding. Thus, «personnel policy» can be defined as following: «as a system views principles holistic through formulation high-performance, cohesive human resources for effective achievement goals objectives enterprise». Personnel have been on basis literary sources. established connection between general strategies. A parallel drawn functioning development. enterprise part development studied detail. by nature. outlined trends external environment that direct impact enterprises. Implementation requires managers with specific set qualities. If leadership low costs focused mainly attracting workers mass professions medium qualification, differentiation should focus staff narrow specialization highest possible qualifications – researchers, developers. proved most cases not one, but several determine their activities directions. confimed an integral overall organization serves one tools achieve mission declared goals. found any internally integrated, compatible environment, balanced resources, real, moderately risky organically combine long-term short-term enterprise.
